What’s Processed

Your resume and job description are sent through the application server to create a tailored draft. When AI generation is enabled, that content is also sent to the selected AI provider for that request.

What’s Kept

We do not permanently store resume files, extracted resume text, job descriptions, or tailored drafts by default. We retain account, invitation, credit-ledger, generation metadata, rate-limit, and limited security-audit data needed to operate the service safely.

Access and Credits

This app is invitation-only. Accounts are protected by email/password authentication and secure server-side sessions. Generation is limited by a credit balance; credits are deducted only after a completed generation, so failed requests never cost you a credit. Administrators can manage accounts and invitations, but their view intentionally excludes resumes, job descriptions, and generated drafts.

Your Choices

The account control disables access and signs you out immediately. Permanent deletion or anonymization periods for account, ledger, generation-metadata, and audit records are still being finalized; the app does not claim those retained records are deleted immediately.
